Laundry Freedom payment policy:

Payment is made when your completed order is delivered back to you. If you cannot meet us for delivery to make a payment, you can make payment at pick up, or online via our Pay-Pal account prior to your order's completion. (See "Make A Payment Online For Existing Order" above.) Please note that your order will not be returned until payment is made, in full, for services rendered.

When using one of our pickup and drop off locations, payment should be made via our Pay-Pal account prior to picking your clothes up.

• We accept the following forms of payment:
• Cash (have exact amount because our drivers do not carry any change)
• Credit/debit cards through Pay-Pal on our website
• Credit/debit cards when we pick up or deliver
• (Sorry, we do not accept checks)

Our pricing structure is as follows;

• Standard Residential laundering with free pick up and delivery
• Standard two day service $1.29/lb
• Flat Rate Bag $42.00      (Equivalent to $0.84/lb.!!)
• Next day service- Additional $10.00
  (max 2 bags. $5 for up to 2 additional then $5 each additional)
• Same day service- Additional $15.00
  (max 2 bags. $5 each additional)
• Infant Clothes-Additional $.25/lb if you request that they are washed separately (weighed separately)
• A $15 Trip Charge will be applied if you miss a scheduled appointment.

• Residential Dry Cleaning
• *Note- Laundry Freedom does not do dry cleaning but has an agreement with a local dry cleaner so we can offer a dry cleaning pick up and delivery service to our customers. Dry cleaning fees order minimum is separate from laundering minimum, if applicable.*

Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

• We do offer coupons periodically through different advertising media.
• We also have three standard discounts available at all times as well
• If you are a first time customer we offer you 10% off of your first order to say thank you for your business. (does not apply to dry cleaning services)
• If you refer a friend to us not only will they receive a 10% discount for being a new customer, but you will receive a 10% discount on your next order as well. Just have your referral mention your name and we will give you the discount on your next order.
