This agreement is strictly between Laundry Freedom and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.


Pick-up and Delivery:

A minimum charge per order may apply. Pick-ups and deliveries will occur when the customer calls in to Laundry Freedom and sets up a time, there are no pick-ups on Sundays or Holidays. Laundry Freedom reserves the right to reschedule pick-up times upon prior notice to Customer. If an appointment, pick up or delivery is missed by the customer, a $10.00 trip charge will be assessed in addition to the minimum fees charged for service.


Laundry

  1. Customer agrees to include only washable items in the laundry bag.
  2. Customer must notify Laundry Freedom if leathers or rugs are to be washed.
  3. Customer is responsible for all damage to clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else when caused by any items present in the laundry bags.
  4. Laundry Freedom is not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by Customer or Laundry Freedom if we followed your delivery instructions.
  5. Laundry Freedom reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. Please make us aware of any special items that may be in your order so that we do not find them on our own and choose not to wash them. We ask this in your best interest and out of our own desire to take care of your washable items.
  6. Laundry Freedom does not guarantee removal of all stains and will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any personal items left in the clothing.
  7. Laundry Freedom is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing. Once again, please make us aware of any items needing special attention so that we can make sure that this never happens.
  8. Laundry Freedom is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Laundry Freedom was responsible for the loss.
  9. Laundry Freedom is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in customer's garments. Please check garments before Laundry Freedom picks them up.
  10. Laundry Freedom takes all necessary precautions to protect the privacy of the customer and the items they have Laundry Freedom wash.
  11. Payment is made when your completed order is delivered back to you (exception- expedited delivery fees must be paid on pick up). If you cannot meet us for delivery, and final payment, you can make payment at pick up, or online via our pay-pal account prior to your order’s completion. Please note that your order will not be returned until payment is made, in full, for services rendered.
  12. We insure all orders as follows:
    • Up to $100 per item, paid as a reimbursement for the replacement of the damaged item or paid in advance at a reasonable replacement cost.
    • Maximum $500 per order
  13. By using Laundry Freedom you agree to accept our insurance for your items and agree that Laundry Freedom is not liable for your items above the stated amounts. If you have items with value above our stated rates you assume the liability for that value.
